Return & Refund Policy

At Yelrab, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer store credit or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Store Credit
    •    Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
    •    Final sale items, international orders, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    •    Once we receive your return, you will be issued a store credit via email. No refunds to original payment methods.

Exchanges
    •    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order for store credit and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
    •    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Admin@yelrab.co and we will resolve the issue.
